The road to international esports glory is officially underway as Acer announces the Predator League 2027 Philippine Qualifiers, giving Filipino gamers another exciting opportunity to showcase their skills and compete for a place on the international stage. With a total prize pool of ₱1 million up for grabs, teams will battle it out in two popular esports titles, VALORANT and League of Legends, as they aim to become the Philippines’ next esports champions.
Each game will feature ₱500,000 in prizes, with the champion taking home ₱200,000 and the runner-up receiving ₱120,000. Third- and fourth-place teams will each earn ₱50,000, while teams finishing fifth through eighth place will receive ₱20,000 each. Registration for both titles is open until October 15. The VALORANT open qualifiers are scheduled for October 17, followed by League of Legends on October 18. The VALORANT group stage will take place on October 24 and 25, while League of Legends teams will compete on October 30 and 31. Online playoffs are set for November 7 and 8, respectively, before both games conclude with their LAN Finals in late November. Interested teams can register for VALORANT and League of Legends at their official website/social channels.
Beyond the cash prizes and bragging rights, the stakes are even higher for the winning teams. The champions of both VALORANT and League of Legends will earn the opportunity to represent the Philippines at the Asia Pacific Predator League 2027 Grand Finals in Vietnam in January 2027. “We believe every player has the potential to go beyond their limits,” said Sue Ong-Lim, Managing Director of Acer Philippines. She added that the Predator League provides esports players with a platform to grow and take the next step in their competitive journey. Filipino teams ready to answer the call can follow Predator Gaming Philippines on Facebook or visit the official Predator League website for more information and updates.
