TCL, a global leader in consumer electronics and the world’s No. 1 Mini LED and ultra-large TV brand, today unveiled a new era of visual innovation and intelligent living at CES 2026. The company introduced a portfolio of world-first display technologies, AI-powered products, and intelligent solutions designed to redefine immersive entertainment, smart living, and productivity across every screen size.

Redefining the Future of Display Technology

At CES 2026, TCL demonstrated its continued leadership in display innovation with breakthroughs spanning large-format TVs, mobile devices, and wearable displays. Headlining the showcase was the global debut of SQD-Mini LED Technology, a revolutionary advancement that transforms conventional Mini LED local dimming zones into a Precise Dimming Series, enabling ultra-accurate light control across the entire screen.

By integrating TCL’s Super QLED technology with an Ultra Color Filter Panel, SQD-Mini LED delivers enhanced color performance, higher peak brightness, extended panel longevity, and a more stable global wide color gamut. The result is superior contrast, refined visual detail, and consistent performance across highlights and shadows.

Making its world debut alongside this technology is the TCL X11L, the world’s first TV powered by SQD-Mini LED. Featuring up to 100% BT.2020 all-scene wide color gamut, CSOT WHVA 2.0 Ultra Panel, and native high contrast, the X11L delivers striking clarity and depth. With up to 20,736 precise dimming zones and brightness reaching 10,000 nits, HDR content appears exceptionally vivid and lifelike.

The X11L also showcases TCL’s design leadership with a sleek, nearly 2 cm-thinner profile and a Virtually ZeroBorder aesthetic. Audio performance is elevated through Audio by Bang & Olufsen, delivering a premium cinematic sound experience.

Smarter, More Immersive Viewing Experiences

TCL further expanded its display ecosystem through deeper collaborations with Google TV and Dolby. Building on last year’s debut of the first “Always On” Google TV with Gemini, TCL’s 2026 lineup introduces more intuitive interaction features, including enhanced Google Photos search, creative tools powered by Nano Banana and Veo, and smarter AI-driven engagement.

TCL also showcased Dolby Vision 2, the next generation of Dolby Vision technology, designed to enhance visual quality through content intelligence, cinematic detail, and environmental awareness. Dolby Vision 2 is expected to roll out via OTA updates to TCL’s X and C TV series in 2026.

Eye Comfort and Portable Display Innovation

In eye-care technology, TCL highlighted the NXTPAPER 70 Pro smartphone, powered by NXTPAPER 4.0, offering all-day eye comfort for modern digital lifestyles. A dedicated NXTPAPER Key allows users to seamlessly switch between three optimized viewing modes.

Expanding the NXTPAPER ecosystem, the TCL Note A1 NXTPAPER eNote tablet combines a paper-like reading and writing experience with AI-powered productivity tools, ideal for focused work and creative expression.

TCL also unveiled the RayNeo Air 4 Pro, the world’s first HDR10 AR glasses, delivering advanced display performance, exceptional clarity, and enhanced comfort for portable work and entertainment.

Powering the Next Generation of Intelligent Living

Beyond displays, TCL introduced a comprehensive range of AI-powered smart home solutions designed to bring greater intelligence, efficiency, and sustainability into everyday life. Highlights include the FreshIN 3.0 Air Conditioner, GeniusFresh Refrigerator, AmeraClassic washer and dryer series, and the TCL AI SuperDrum washer-dryer combo.

TCL’s smart locks deliver advanced biometric security and AI-enabled access, while TCL Smart Home Energy Solutions offer an integrated energy ecosystem with AI-driven power conversion, battery storage, and energy management—helping households reduce energy costs and support a low-carbon lifestyle.

AI-Enhanced Entertainment, Mobility, and Productivity

In entertainment, TCL leverages AI to elevate picture and sound quality, enable smarter interaction, and enhance content creation. The PlayCube Projector brings cinema-grade visuals to any environment, while TCL AiMe, the world’s first modular AI companion robot, introduces adaptive, lifelike interaction that adds a human dimension to smart living.

For mobility and productivity, TCL continues to expand its intelligent ecosystem across smartphones, tablets, and connectivity devices. The Human × Vehicle × Home Cross-Scenario Solution enables seamless integration between home and automotive environments. Meanwhile, the TCL 5G Mobile WiFi P50, featuring the industry’s first 5G mmWave mobile Wi-Fi with fast and wireless charging, delivers high-speed, ultra-convenient connectivity on the go.

Pioneering Partnerships for the Future Home

At CES 2026, TCL also showcased TCL NXTHOME™, a vision for the future of home living that unites smart home technology, lifestyle appliances, and premium collaborations with Bang & Olufsen, BMW Group Designworks Shanghai Studio, and Alcantara.

Reinforcing its sustainability commitment, TCL introduced ECORA™, a next-generation eco-friendly material developed with Chris Lefteri Design, made from recycled porcelain ceramics and engineered to combine high performance with responsible design.

With continued innovation across display technology, AI, and sustainable solutions, TCL is shaping a smarter, more connected future—transforming how people live, work, and interact with technology.
